Again parked near the kill site, a wild wolf, who was neither afraid nor threatening, walks within feet of Leo Keeler and his friend, Dr. Richard Beckman. The photographers keep quiet and still, and the wolf proceeded on to the moose carcass nearby. The Keelers believe that consistent, non-threatening behavior coupled with NEVER attempting to feed or pet the wolves makes this level of tolerance possible.
